This table links to several sorts of sequence comparisons, including a representative alignment of the human TRalpha1 and TRbeta1, and comparisons of TRalpha1 or TRbeta1 sequences from various species. The large superfamily comparisons, which were generated using the UWCGC program pileup with a series of sequences accumulated from the database and other sources by DDM, are separated into overlapping (DNA binding domain+hinge+ligand binding domain N-terminus) and (ligand binding domain+C-terminus) segments.
