The Thyroid Hormone Receptor Resource (THRR) is a component of the Nuclear Receptor Resource project (NRR). It contains links to thyroid receptor cDNA and amino acid sequences, information on structural/functional domains, and content associated with thyroid receptor DNA binding sites (response elements). In addition, the site contains multiple sequence alignments between the different types of human thyroid receptors, as well as sequence comparisons amongst different species. Links to research groups providing thyroid homorne receptor information and vendors providing relevant research products are also listed.
