The mouse GR was originally cloned by
Danielsen et al. 1986.
Dr. Danielsen is willing to provide cDNA expression vectors and cDNA probes. A large number of mutant GRs are available, including:
DNA and hormone binding deficient receptors
deleted receptors
receptors with altered hormone binding specificity
receptors with altered DNA binding specificity
GR-AR chimeric receptors
GR-MR chimeric receptors
GR-PR chimeric receptors
GR-ER chimeric receptors
GR-TR chimeric receptors
Many of these clones are freely available, some (mainly unpublished constructs) may require collaboration.
