Overview

The glucocorticoid multiple sequence alignment (MSA) can be viewed using either the HTML format or with the Protein Family Alignment Annotation Tool (PFAAT). Viewing PFAAT works best on Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 on Windows operating system, and Safari 1.2 for Mac OS X.
